These Terms of Use govern your use of the Linqo mobile application. Linqo is operated by Vologirov Digital LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Linqo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Linqo provides AI-powered tools for English learning, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, progress tracking, and conversational practice.

Features and available content may change as the service evolves.

2. Eligibility and Age-Appropriate Use

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your country.

On Android, users who select the under-18 option receive a restricted, age-appropriate content experience.

If the law in your country requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, you may use Linqo only with that consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not share passwords or authentication codes with other people.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

Android purchases are billed through Google Play. iOS purchases are billed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store account settings before the renewal date shown by the store.

Prices, billing periods, trials, cancellation options, and refunds are governed by the applicable store terms and the information shown at purchase.

Deleting your Linqo account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use Linqo for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another account
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the service
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute the service or its content except where permitted by law
- Submit content that infringes the rights of other people

We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect users and the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, omissions, or unexpected responses and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You should independently verify important information.

7. Intellectual Property

Linqo's software, design, branding, learning materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Vologirov Digital LLC.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Privacy and Account Deletion

9. Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep Linqo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vologirov Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Linqo.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The updated version becomes effective when published on this page.
