On Android and iOS, Linqo uses a neutral age screen to provide an age-appropriate experience. Users who select the under-18 option receive restricted content. The age-group selection may be stored on the device. Linqo does not request an exact date of birth through this screen.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Data is transmitted using secure connections where supported.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

5. Children and Minors

Linqo is not directed to children under 13.

In countries where a higher minimum age or parental consent requirement applies, users must meet that requirement or use Linqo only with valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.

On Android and iOS, users who select the under-18 option receive restricted, age-appropriate content.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable minimum age without required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these requirements, contact us so we can review and delete it.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, learning, and conversation data while an account is active and as needed to provide the service.

When an account is deleted, associated personal data is deleted or de-identified unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, or other legal obligations.

Purchase records and security logs may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies a user may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Access personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of an account and associated data
- Request a copy of certain information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

You may adjust device permissions through your operating system and manage subscriptions through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion from within Linqo or through our public deletion page:

https://vologirovdigital.com/linqo/delete-account

Deleting a Linqo account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page.
