Delete Your Linqo Account and Data

Linqo is operated by Vologirov Digital LLC. You can permanently delete your Linqo account and the personal data associated with it.

Request deletion in the app

1. Open Linqo.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select "Delete account."
4. Review the information shown and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

You can request deletion even if you no longer have access to the Linqo application.

Send an email from the address associated with your Linqo account to:

support.linqo@vologirovdigital.com

Use the subject:

Delete Linqo account

We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you own the account. We will never ask for your password or authentication code.

We normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless additional time or retention is required by applicable law.

Data that will be deleted

The deletion process includes:

- Linqo account and authentication data
- User profile information
- Learning progress and statistics
- Chat history associated with the account
- Saved vocabulary and preferences
- App-specific subscription and entitlement information
- Other personal data associated with the Linqo account

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for:

- Accounting and tax obligations
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolving payment disputes
- Compliance with legal obligations

Purchase records maintained independently by Google Play, the Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or payment providers may remain subject to their own retention policies.

Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Linqo account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

To cancel an Android subscription:

1. Open Google Play.
2. Open your profile.
3. Select "Payments & subscriptions."
4. Select "Subscriptions."
5. Select Linqo and choose "Cancel subscription."

To cancel an iOS subscription:

1. Open the Settings application.
2. Select your Apple Account.
3. Select "Subscriptions."
4. Select Linqo and choose "Cancel Subscription."
